IRS Restrictions on Filing Forms 1094-C By Mail
According to IRS Regulations, only companies that have fewer than 250 1095-C forms have the option to submit their filings to the IRS via mail. Companies with 250 or more 1095-C forms to submit must file electronically, and do not have the option to file by mail.
