How do I create custom Business Intelligence reports?
To create a Custom Report, use the process below:
- Log into the Zenefits administrator dashboard.
- Select the Business Intelligence app.
- Select Custom Reports from the top navigation bar.
- Click Create Report.
- Create a name for the report and enter a description.
- The template option will allow you to customize one of the premade reports.
- Select which fields to include, then in the next step you'll arrange them to appear as desired in the report.
- Choose who will be included in the report.
- Select if you would like to schedule the report to be automatically sent.
- Select Run Frequency:
One-time
Daily (Weekdays only or Every day)
Weekly (Select the day of the week)
Monthly (Specific day of the month or Specific day of the week) - Select Format (XLSX, CSV).
- Select whether the report should be sent to other employees or admins.
- Click Create Report.
