Understanding Salary Ranges by Age, Gender, and Race in the Diversity Report

When interpreting salary information found in the Diversity Report, keep in mind that salary ranges sorted by age, gender, and race are compiled using base pay from both employee profiles and Equal Employment Opportunity information.

These salary ranges do not account for additional items such as bonuses, profit sharing, and other discretionary payments. As a result, this information should not be used for pay equity analysis.
