How can I request COVID-19 Emergency Self or Family Care Sick Leave?

As an employee, if you are needing to request Sick Leave for a COVID-19 related reason, you can follow the steps below.

  1. Log in to your Zenefits account.
  2. Open the Time Off app.
  3. Under Request Time Off, select the type of time you're requesting in the first drop down. The COVID-19 related options are:
    - COVID-19 Family Care Emergency Sick Leave
    - COVID-19 Self Care Emergency Sick Leave
  4. Choose the date(s) you're requesting.
    If you're requesting less than a full day off, choose the same start and end date.
  5. Optionally, add a note about the reason you're requesting time off.
  6. Request Time Off.
