Can I manually add someone's information into Compensation Management without hiring them in Zenefits?
No, it is not possible to include someone's information who is not already in Zenefits. Compensation Management uses data from the Directory, so it wouldn't be possible to exclusively add someone for the Compensation Management tool alone.
