Upon onboarding, Zenefits sends out a non-exempt notice to employees in certain states/jurisdictions.

California

The 2810. 5 Non-Exempt Notice is a notice that California employers must provide to their employees regarding specific information about their employment.

New York

The LS-54  is a notice that New York employers must provide to their employees regarding specific information about their employment.

Washington, D.C.

Zenefits supports the notice that Washington, D.C. employers must provide to their employees regarding specific information about their employment.

Note that Zenefits doesn't support sending this out for staffing agencies/businesses.
