2810.5 Non-Exempt Notice and Employee Signatures
Employees who use Zenefits are not required to sign or acknowledge receipt of the 2810. 5 Non-Exempt notice, nor do employers need to upload signed documents to Zenefits.
Employers can verify that an employee has received the notice by checking the Documents table in the employee's record.
