MEWA M-1 Form Filing
Form M-1 is an annual report that must be filed by any Multiple Employer Welfare Arrangement (MEWA). MEWA is a type of employee welfare benefit plan or any other arrangement established by two or more employers to provide benefits to their employees.
The Form M-1 must be filed no later than March 1st following any calendar year for which a filing is required. A one-time extension of time to file will automatically be granted if the administrator of the MEWA requests an extension.
