Terminating Employees in ADP Workforce with Payroll Sync
For companies who sync an ADP Workforce account, Zenefits will collect the following information and push it to payroll when an employee is terminated in Zenefits.
- Date of termination
- Termination Reason (from the list that's already in payroll)
- Eligible for rehire?
- Cancel autopay?
- New manager? If the terminated employee was a manager, who should take over as manager for the employee's direct reports
At this time, Zenefits cannot sync this information to or from ADP for a contingent worker.
