Collecting Vaccination Details from Employees
Once the above steps are performed by admin, a new section will be available during the onboarding for all new hires and they can fill in the vaccination details.
For existing employees, admin can raise a Bulk Information Request. To bulk request the vaccination information, follow the below process:
- After logging in to your Zenefits admin account, select the Directory app.
- Select the Bulk Information Request tab, then New Request.
- From the Request Type drop down, select Vaccination Information
- Select which people to include.
- Review your request to make sure the right individual will be notified.
- Review the request, then click Request.
