Stock Vesting

• 25% on your first year anniversary date, and then 1 /48th for each month of continuous service thereafter.
• 12. 5 % on your six month anniversary date, and then 1 /48th for each month of continuous service thereafter
• Shares will vest in 1 /3rd of the shares on the 12-month anniversary of your vesting commencement date and 1 /36th of the total shares will vest in monthly installments thereafter during continuous service.
• Shares will vest in 1 /6th of the shares on the 6-month anniversary of your vesting commencement date and 1 /36th of the total shares will vest in monthly installments thereafter during continuous service.
