What auto text fields do workers complete?
Some Auto Text fields will prompt the worker to fill out information including:
- Prior Inventions
- Prior Conflicts/Agreements
- Prior Information
If these Auto Text fields are used in your Agreement template, then the new hire will be prompted to select ‘Yes' or ‘No’ to one of the following questions:
If the individual selects ‘Yes’ to one of these questions a text box will appear so they can provide more information:
The information that the new hire enters in the text box will populate in their signed agreement where the Auto Text field was added. If they select ‘No’ then the field will display as ‘None’ in their signed agreement.
