Variable Compensation and Payroll
After setting up the variable compensation type for a worker, you'll want to ensure that the corresponding pay type is ready for the next pay run.
Zenefits Payroll
For three of the variable compensation types (owner's draw, bonus, and commission), there will automatically be corresponding pay types available in Zenefits Payroll. If you set up a variable compensation under "Other", determine if a new pay type should be created. There is no default Variable Compensation - Other pay type.

Other Payroll Providers
You'll want to work directly with your payroll provider to ensure that you can run payroll with your workers' variable compensation types.
