How do I add a beneficiary to my life insurance policy?

An employee may need to update their beneficiary information if they get married, divorced, or have a child.

You can designate your beneficiaries when you make your benefits selections. To add, remove, or edit your beneficiary information outside of open enrollment, go the the Life Insurance app on your dashboard and select Edit Beneficiaries.

Beneficiary information is maintained within Zenefits and is confirmed to the carrier at the time a claim is filed.
