I can't log in
Most login issues are simply a matter of the wrong email address or password, or the wrong device:
- If you haven't completed registering your Zenefits account, please see this page.
- See these instructions to reset a lost password or recover your login email.
- If you've linked two or more Zenefits accounts, but can't log in to one of them, you might be using the wrong email. When you link accounts, they're associated with a single master email, which is the one you should use to log in. Learn more about linked accounts.
