How do I select an overtime premium calculation method for my workers with multiple pay rates?
You can set up your overtime policy in your Zenefits Payroll admin account:
- Go to the Settings section of the Payroll app.
- Click the Set up my overtime policy link under the Features section.
- Select between the two overtime settings:
Regular Rate of Pay or Highest Rate - Choose which earnings this setting will apply to (f you select Regular Rate of Pay).
- Confirm.
