If you have workers with child support garnishments in these states and wish to have Zenefits remit payments, please note that you will need to complete additional steps w/ the state agency. Payments cannot be enabled in Zenefits until these steps are complete.
States that require additional setup from the company before you can enable payments
- Washington D.C.
- Montana
- North Carolina
- Rhode Island
These states do not allow Zenefits to remit payments until the company has a garnishment set up with the state. If you have a worker with a child support garnishment in one of these states and wish to have Zenefits remit payments, please contact us after you have registered with the agency. Payments cannot be enabled directly in Zenefits at this time.
