How can I control the privacy of my company's payroll reports?
Zenefits understands how important it is to protect your workers' data. That's why we give you the option to mask Social Security Numbers within your payroll reports.
- From your admin account, select the Payroll app from the dashboard.
- Select the Settings tab from the navigation bar.
- Under the Reports Privacy section, you can choose to toggle on or off displaying SSN in reports.
