How do I define what the ratings represent?
While creating a new review, you’re able to add questions that could be answered with a rating on a point scale (up to 10). To define what the ratings represent, follow the steps outlined below:
- While adding a question to a review, select Rating from the Response drop-down menu.
- Check the Use Labels box.
Note: If you select a rating greater than 5 the labels will only apply to the highest and lowest rating. - Define your ratings, then select Save Question.
If you are not selecting the Use Labels option, we recommend your ratings go in the Question or Description box.
