What happens if the reporting manager changes during the review?

To handle manager changes during a review cycle, the new manager will need to consult the previous manager. If that is not possible, then to consult the higher level manager to get their view and input.  When a new manager gets assigned mid-review cycle, they will have access to this cycle's submissions, including any individual reviews.
  • The new  manager will be able to write a summary including shared/final remarks and a shared comment, if one is not provided by the previous manager.
  • Previous Manager's draft reviews and shared/final remarks will not be available to the New Manager.
  • New Manager can edit reviewers
  • New Manager cannot end the review if the review is not created by them*
*The review will end when the "end date" has passed or the main company administrator manually ends it.
