How do I remove a Product from my Zenefits subscription?

If you’re looking to remove any add-on product(s) and your account is on an annual subscription, please note that this is only possible at your subscription renewal. To request that an add-on product be removed at your next renewal, please reach out to the Zenefits Customer Care team. 

If you’re looking to remove any add-on product(s) and your account is on a monthly subscription, you may request their removal at any time with 30 days notice. The change will take place for the first invoice at least 30 days after the change is requested. To request this change, please reach out to the Zenefits Customer Care Team. 


Downgrading your Base Plan

If you are looking to downgrade your base plan to a lower tier and your account is on an annual subscription, please note that this is possible only at your subscription renewal. To request that a downgrade take place at your next renewal, please reach out to the Zenefits Customer Care team. 

If your account is on a monthly subscription, you may downgrade your base plan to a lower tier at any time with 30 days notice. The change will take place for the first invoice at least 30 days after the change is requested. To request a downgrade, please reach out to the Zenefits Customer Care team.
