The Recruiting App is available on your Zenefits Dashboard. Once you select the Recruiting App, it will open a second window displaying the Recruiting Dashboard. In the Recruiting Dashboard you will be able to post jobs, source candidates, track applicants, etc. Once you have a candidate to hire, you can export that candidate and go through the Zenefits hiring and onboarding flow. At this point you can send an offer letter and get the hiring process started.
