How does Zenefits use my gender identity?

If you choose to provide a personal gender identity along with your legal sex during onboarding, Zenefits will display it along with legal sex in your Basic Information in the Personal Information card.

• Zenefits will not use your personal gender identity in any other way or display it to anyone else, including your manager or coworkers.
• If you add a personal gender identity, you'll also have the option to choose personal pronouns, which will be visible to your coworkers and manager when they find you in the Directory.
• If a worker has legally changed their sex, this information may need to be updated with the insurance carrier.
