How do I use the new hire onboarding link?
All new hires in Zenefits will receive a personalized onboarding link in their welcome email.
- This link invites the new hire to complete registration of their account and use the various products and services offered by their company in Zenefits.
- If the company uses Zenefits only as their system of record for HR administration, new hires who onboard to Zenefits are not required to sign up for benefits though Zenefits.
- The link references information that is specific to that new hire, and shouldn't be shared or used by anyone else to onboard to Zenefits.
Registering and using Zenefits works best on a desktop or laptop computer. Please be sure to clear cookies and cache from the browser if there are issues.
