Will I have to upload documents during onboarding?

You may be asked to provide documentation while onboarding in Zenefits. This documentation may include a copy of your social security card, a passport, or any assortment of physical documents requested by the administrator.

• During onboarding, you can use a scanner or a smartphone to capture the documentation and upload the documentation as a PNG, JPEG, or TIFF file.
• If you can't upload a document during onboarding, you should reach out directly to your hiring manager for assistance.
