Available Dynamic Fields For Custom Contractor Non-Disclosure Agreements
The instructions below only apply to companies who use the Contractors app on their dashboard.
Here's a list of dynamic fields that can be added to a custom Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA). These fields will populate with the appropriate information for each contractor that receives the NDA.
- Effective Date
- Contractor Address (from information entered by the contractor)

Prior Conflicts (from information entered by the contractor)

Prior Information (from information entered by the contractor)

Prior Inventions (from information entered by the contractor)
When adding one of these custom fields to a custom template, make sure to clearly indicate the field by bolding, highlighting, or using [brackets] around the word. Click here for more information on adding custom Contractor NDAs.
