Upload Tax Docs and Prior Payroll Reports
Tax Docs
We need information about your tax history for this calendar year so that we can properly calculate taxes for you.
Upload the following documents:
- IRS Forms (also known as your Quarterly Federal Tax Return) for each quarter of this calendar year
- State Filings for each quarter of this calendar year
- Quarter-to-Date Wage and Tax Report(s) for each quarter of this calendar year
- Year-to-Date Wage and Tax Report(s) for this calendar year
Payroll Reports
If you have paid anyone within this calendar year, we need to have your prior payroll reports, such as:
- a Quarterly Payroll Report from your current payroll provider for each quarter of this year
- Payroll Journals or check stubs from your current payroll provider for each payroll run of this current quarter
- a Year-to-Date (YTD) Payroll Report from your current payroll provider
You can upload these in the same space as your tax docs or send them to your Implementation Team.
