What type of answer can I request in a custom field?

You may select a variety of answers for workers to complete with custom fields:

• Single line text: Allows one line of text for the answer
  
• Multi-line text: Allows multiple lines of text for the answer
  
• Date
  
• Number
  
• File: A form to be filled out, then uploaded for this field or further instructions.
  
• Multiple choice:  You may enter as many choices as you like by hitting Enter after each.
  
• Yes or No
  
• Signature: Requires the worker to sign off on the field.
