Zenefits is pleased to announce that you can now edit Rates (along with Basic Information, Guaranteed Issue, Amounts and Benefits Reduction) on the BenConnect website.
Simply navigate to the Plans and Carriers section of your Benefits Administration App and select the L&D plan that you would like to edit.
Once in the selected plan, the left hand navigation will have tabs for Basic Information, Guaranteed Issue, Amounts and Benefits Reduction. Select the feature you would like to edit to make changes.
After you have completed all of your changes, you will receive a Confirmation Message to ensure you wish to save the changes before moving forward.
