Where to Find the Summary of Benefits and Coverage

Finding the Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC) in Zenefits is easy. Depending on whether an employee is enrolling for the first time or going through Open Enrollment, or if they're active and want to view the SBC from their dashboard, the processes will differ.

Finding the SBC during the Enrollment Process

If an employee is going through their enrollment application in Zenefits, clicking on View Plan Details will take you to the plan’s Summary of Benefits and Coverage which provides in-depth explanation of what the plan covers.

Finding the SBC in the Employee Dashboard

If an employee is already enrolled and they want to find the SBC from their Zenefits dashboard, they can click the Medical, Dental, or Vision Insurance application. From the Overview page, click on the View Details link on the right side of the screen.
