The Open Enrollment Process

When Open Enrollment begins, benefit-eligible employees will be able to enroll, change, or decline insurance coverage for themselves and their dependents.

You’ll need to complete the four following steps in Zenefits:

  1. Verification
    Your Information
    Dependent Information
  2. Plans
  3. Info
    Contact information
    Social Security Information
    Marriage Information
    Required Questions
  4. Review

Once Open Enrollment ends, you'll be unable to make any changes to your plan until your company's next Open Enrollment, unless you experience a qualifying life event.
