Connecting Xero to Zenefits Payroll

Follow these instructions to connect your Zenefits Payroll account to Xero.

1. Log in to Zenefits and click in the Payroll app.
2. Click Settings in the top menu bar.
3. Click Organizations in the "General" list on the left-hand side.
4. Scroll down to Software Integrations, and click Add Integration.
5. Click Sync for Xero and you will be redirected to Xero's login page.
6. In the popup, enter a registered Xero username and password, and click Login.
7. Select the organization from the list and click Authorize.

The Xero account for that organization is now synced to Zenefits Payroll. Next, make sure to map Zenefits Payroll transactions to the appropriate ledger accounts in Xero's Chart of Accounts.
