Exporting Zenefits Payroll Runs to QuickBooks Desktop
To export a pay run as an .IIF file for import into QuickBooks Desktop:
- Click Pay Runs.
- Click on the run's name in the Completed - Paid Runs table. Only completed runs can be exported. They cannot be exported prior to the check date.
- Click Export to QBD under the list of employees.
