Effective Dates for Managing Benefits Costs for S Corp Owners
When an S Corp identifies its owners and chooses to have Zenefits manage benefits costs for these owners in payroll, Zenefits will begin pushing these post-tax costs to synced payroll (or adding them to Zenefits Payroll) on the 1st of the following month. Be sure to make this selection by the 28th of the month for it to go into effect the 1st of the following month. Zenefits cannot manage these costs retroactively.
