How do I enter W-4 info in Zenefits?

During the onboarding process, you’ll be prompted to fill out tax information that is relevant to you so payroll can be calculated correctly.

Please note that you are responsible for filling out the W-4 form in its entirety. If you need help filling out the form, reference the IRS instructions or reach out to a tax advisor. 

To update your own tax information: 
  1. Go to your Personal Information app. 
  2. Select Tax Info
  3. Click on the pencil icon. 
  4. Make your edits. 
  5. Sign and Save
Administrators cannot update an employee's tax information on their behalf. This must be performed by the employee directly.
