Troubleshooting Spreadsheet Upload Errors
When completing ACA spreadsheets, ensure you are completing the spreadsheet provided by Zenefits. Do not unlock the spreadsheet, add employees, highlight/color code, sort or filter, edit any gray cells, or upload a previous spreadsheet. Doing any of this will cause an error when reuploading. To resolve, re-download the spreadsheet from Zenefits and follow the tips here to complete.
