Adding Contractors who Have Already Signed Paperwork Outside of Zenefits
The instructions below only apply to companies who use the Contractors app on their dashboard.
To pay an existing contractor who was not hired through Zenefits, follow the process listed below:
- Click on the Contractors app. and "re-hire" the existing contractor through Zenefits.
- Make sure to select the No Agreement option to avoid sending them a new agreeement.
- The contractor will need to input their basic information and bank information. This process should take about ten minutes
Please note that if you are not using Zenefits Payroll, new contractors can be onboarded but not paid through Zenefits.
