Find contractors you have onboarded
The instructions below only apply to companies who use the Contractors app on their dashboard.
If you are unable to find a contractor from the View Contractors tab in the Contractors App, they may be marked as Inactive.
You will want to scroll to the bottom of the View Contractors table, click Show Inactive Contractors. From this list you can reactivate the contractor.
If the contractor is not listed in the Active or Inactive contractor list, please Contact Support.
