How can I exercise my CCPA rights?
You can do so by contacting Zenefits and informing us of your desire to submit a CCPA-related request.
If you have an active account:
- Log in to your account.
- Click the Help link from the upper right corner.
- Select a method to Contact Us.
- Click Data Protection & Privacy Rights.
- Add any additional information or context you think is necessary or helpful.
- Your company administrator will be informed of the request.
- Certain requests require a grace period before which your request can be carried out.
- You will receive an email once your request has been completed.
- Click Contact Us from the bottom of the Zenefits Help Center.
- Click the Contact Us button.
- Choose the Data Protection & Privacy Rights topic.
- Enter your information--please note that without a valid email, your request cannot be carried out.
- Add any additional information or context you think is necessary or helpful.
- Zenefits will send a confirmation message to the email address you provide.
- Reply to the email to verify your identity and begin the request.
- Certain requests require a grace period before which your request can be carried out.
- You will receive an email once your request has been completed.
