How can I download my workers’ documents?
You can download all of your workers' documents in bulk from the Documents app.
From the Workers Documents page, you will see "Download All Files" in the right-hand corner. Once you click on this, you will be prompted to "Send Link".
Zenefits will then send you an email with a link. Once you click the link in the email, all the files will download into a zip folder.
The following documents, if they were originally generated in Zenefits, will be included:

- Offer-Letter
- Employee-eligibility
- Tax
- Background-check
- Non-exempt notice
- Handbooks and Agreement
- Custom Templates
- Payroll
- W2
- 1099
- Benefits
- ACA 1095-C
- Annual Model Notice
- Medicare

- Flexben documents
- Cobra documents
- SPD documents
