How do I change a start date?
You can change the start date through the Directory app. However, the process will differ depending on whether or not the worker has completed the onboarding process.
If they have not completed onboarding, you'll need to click Edit Offer from the Actions menu after selecting the individual who needs their start date changed. You'll then need to update the Hire Date and continue through the prompt until you complete the offer.
If the have completed the onboarding process, you'll need to select the worker whose start date needs to be changed. Next, you'll need to select Employment & Compensation, then Make Changes to continue with the start date change process. Once you've updated the effective date and start date, you can confirm and save the change.
