How can I collect Covid vaccination details in Zenefits?

With the new feature of Covid-19 Self-Screening Questionnaire, you can now collect vaccination status, name of vaccine, latest vaccination date and vaccination certificate through the newly available section in employee profile page.

To enable the new section for all the employees in your company, follow the below steps:

1. After logging into Zenefits, click the Hiring app on your admin dashboard.
2. Go to Settings -> Optional Onboarding Questions and choose Covid-19 Self-Screening Questionnaire from the list
