Zenefits Updates on the Payroll Tax Executive Order

Zenefits does not currently intend to implement technology changes to allow for an employee level tax deferral of Social Security withholdings.  Based on current guidance, employers are not required to accommodate the deferral, however we will continue to remain aware of up-to-date guidance regarding COVID-19 legislation.
