What if I have a Multi Tenant Account in Gusto?

If you have been using Zenefits Pay Connect with Gusto Multi Tenant Accounts, you may run into issues during reauthentication. The new API is unable to recognize which Gusto account is being authenticated via Zenefits.

To proceed with setting up Gusto and Zenefits, you may select one of the options below:

  • Create a new user with access to only the one account you're attempting to authenticate
  • Use an existing user that has access to only the desired account
