Downloading W-4 Forms in Zenefits

If you're an employee, click here to download a copy of your current W-4(s) in the Documents section of the Personal Information card. See these instructions if you need to edit your tax information.

Keep the following in mind:

since Zenefits uses these forms for record-keeping purposes only, the downloaded form may not be fully complete for tax purposes. Learn more.
Zenefits may take up to an hour to generate the form(s) after initial onboarding is complete.

Administrators who would like to download a copy of an employee's W-4s can click here, then on the name of employee, and then on the Documents link in the Employee Details list to find both Federal and State W-4s.
