Why do some of my workers require a different overtime setting?
Workers who have multiple pay rates for multiple roles in Time & Attendance may need a specific overtime rule applied. In Zenefits, you can choose how to calculate overtime for your workers that have multiple pay rates in Time & Attendance. The Overtime Pay Rate calculation you select will be displayed to your multi pay rate workers on the Overtime Premium section of their pay stub (if they have overtime).
You select: Regular rate of pay
Paystub shows: Regular rate of pay x 50% x OT hours
You Select: Highest Rate
Paystub shows: Highest wage rate x 50% x OT hours
