Why are reimbursements in the employee pay templates in Zenefits Payroll?

The Reimbursement section of an employee's pay template will list any recurring reimbursements that will show up on an employee's paystub in a regularly scheduled run in Zenefits Payroll.

  • Click the Edit (Pencil Icon ) icon to edit or delete a current reimbursement item.
  • Reimbursements added to a pay template will not show up in an off-cycle run. Reimbursements must be added manually to an employee's paystub in an off-cycle run.
