How Sick and Personal Leave Work in Zenefits

Time off policies in Zenefits can also have separate banks of hours for Sick and Personal Leave. These categories can be added to limited policies during and after setup.

• Requests tracked to Sick or Personal Leave will be deducted from these banks instead of Vacation.
• Sick Leave and Personal Leave can be unlimited or accrued based on policy settings.
• Administrators do not need to have a Vacation policy set up in order to set up Sick and/or Personal Leave.
