FAQs About the Zenefits Mobile App

If your company does not use Zenefits Time & Attendance, this feature will be grayed out on the mobile app for yourself and your workers.

If your company does use Zenefits Time & Attendance, workers who are assigned a reporting method that isn't iPad timekeeper will be able to clock in through the mobile app.

Please note: Workers with the iPad timekeeper reporting method cannot use the mobile app to record their hours.

Yes! Explore a Zenefits Mobile Demo account by clicking the Explore the App button.

If you've already logged into your account on the app, you'll need to Sign Out to get to the demo option.

Yes! You may complete your own review by clicking on the More tab, then Performance . At this time, you cannot create new reviews or end a review that you have created on the mobile app.

Zenefits supports any version of the mobile app from 3.12.0 and above. If you're using an older version of the Zenefits app, you'll need to update to a newer version. If you do not update, you'll risk losing access to the Zenefits mobile app.
