How is variable compensation information displayed?
As an administrator
To view the compensation details for a worker who has a variable compensation type (bonus, commission, owner's draw), click into the Employment & Compensation tab of their profile.
To edit a variable compensation for someone, click into the Variable Compensation section of the Settings tab in Hiring.
As a worker
In the worker's profile, they'll see the details of their variable pay in the Employment & Compensation section of the Personal Information app.
How will this look if I receive commission?
If you are hired into a role in which you receive commission (or any other form of variable compensation or additional earnings), you can see the details of this in your worker profile. To see the details of a past commission, go into the Paystubs section and download the pay stub for the pay period in question.
